柳州冶炼厂锡电炉熔炼工艺实例

     19839月在柳州冶炼厂的电炉投入了工业生产。由于电炉熔炼温度高,还原气氛强,烟气量小和烟尘率低,获得了满意的技术经济指标和很好的经济效益
   
该厂熔炼烟尘的成分见表nth="7" Year="2001" w:st="on">1,所用的还原成分(%)为:灰分12.53,挥发分21.48C 63.12S 0.65SiO2 7.13CaO 0.46FeO 1.33。熔剂为:(1石灰石,含49.56%CaO 7.13o%MgO;(2)纯碱,含Na2CO398. 5%~99.0%。

电炉熔炼产出的二次烟尘中,锌富集至30%以上(见表nth="7" Year="2001" w:st="on">2),便于提取。由二次烟尘提锌是制备硫酸锌,其生产过程是:高锌烟尘→硫酸浸出→石灰中和→加高酸钾氧化除→加锌粉除→蒸发结晶→离心过滤→ZnSO4·7H2O。硫酸浸出渣富集着锡则返回电炉熔炼。如果浸出渣含较高则可加入10%无烟煤,在1000value="1050" UnitName="℃">1050下进行还原焙烧,进一步挥发铟。富集的铟尘用盐酸浸出法回收铟。铜镉渣用于提镉。
